Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Revenuu platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), operated by Revenuu (hereinafter, "we" or "the Company"). By registering or using the Service, you accept these terms in full.

1. Description of the Service

Revenuu is a SaaS platform that allows brands with Shopify stores to measure and attribute sales generated by influencers through unique discount codes. The Service connects to your Shopify store via its API to sync order data and generate revenue reports per influencer.

2. Requirements to Use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
• You must have an active Shopify store.
• The information you provide when registering must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

3. Account and authentication

Revenuu installs as an embedded app inside your Shopify store. There is no separate account to create and no additional credentials to register: your identity and access are managed through Shopify using the App Bridge OAuth Token Exchange protocol. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account, as access to the Service depends on it.

4. Shopify Integration

By connecting your Shopify store to Revenuu, you grant us access to the data necessary for the Service to function, including:

• Reading orders and sales data associated with discount codes.
• Creating and managing discount codes (price rules and discount codes).

We do not access end-customer information beyond what is necessary to attribute sales. We do not modify products, prices, or store settings outside the scope of discount codes.

5. Plans and Payments

• Revenuu operates under a monthly or annual subscription model.
• Billing is processed through the Shopify Billing API. Shopify charges the subscription fee to your payment method and transfers the corresponding amount to us; we do not store or directly process your card data.
• Plan pricing and features are published on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.
• There are no minimum-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app's settings or by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds are subject to Shopify Billing's policies and applicable law.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the Service subscription within 10 days of receiving your subscription confirmation, provided you have not used the Service during that period. To exercise this right, write to us at jorge@revenuu.app.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to access other users' data or stores.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Intentionally overload the Service infrastructure.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials of the Service are owned by Revenuu or its licensors. No rights are granted to you beyond using the Service under these terms. Your Shopify store data is and will remain your property.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary interruptions. We will not be responsible for damages resulting from unavailability of the Service or the Shopify API.

10. Limitation of Liability

Revenuu is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee that attribution data is 100% accurate, as it depends on information provided by Shopify and the correct use of discount codes.
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on Service data.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

11. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
• You may uninstall the app from your Shopify Admin at any time.
• Upon uninstall, we retain your data for a 90-day grace period to allow reinstallation without data loss. After this period, data is automatically deleted.
• If Shopify sends the GDPR `shop/redact` request (which occurs 48 hours after uninstall when the merchant explicitly requests deletion), data is deleted immediately, without waiting for the 90-day period.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the change implies acceptance of the new terms.

13. Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by applicable law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, without prejudice to any rights the user may have under applicable consumer protection law.
